In relation to all kinds of real estate transactions such as the sale, inheritance, donation, settlement of the matrimonial property regime and in order to guarantee the legal security offered by the Property Registry, from our office we process the pertinent procedure: registration, inscriptions, annotations, concordance with the physical, registry and cadastral reality.

Sometimes the property has never been registered, then, in order to obtain the legal security of the registry, it must be registered (“inmatriculado”) by Domain File. For cases in which registrations are missing, that is, the tract has been interrupted, we process the Resumption of the Interrupted Chain.
