Numerous judgments have been issued over the last years that protect the rights of consumers against abusive clauses in mortgage loans imposed by Bank Entities.

From the office we defend your rights by extrajudicial claims or through the pertinent judicial procedure.

We claim the nullity of the abusive clauses and the return of amounts for “Floor Clause”, Mortgage Expense Clauses, and the current IRPH (Mortgage Loan Reference Index), following the Judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union on 3 March 2020, which opens the possibility that the IRPH clauses can be declared invalid by the Spanish Courts.
